Solar, Ocean & Atmospheric Research (SOAR), LLC provides assessments of environmental events on infrastructure, navigation, and telecommunications services. Our focus is on renewable energy, oil and gas, offshore industries, telecommunications, and commercial transportation.
Environmental hindcasts and forecasts are used to assess business cases for financial investments and risk, with applications in insurance and surety industries, cap-and-trade transactions, energy generation and consumption, and environmental impacts.
Lower and upper atmospheric, and ocean state forecasts may be used to determine quality and lengths of periods where scheduled activities are a priority.
